ACLU MONEY?

Is this the new money for the new world order and the ACLU? Is this the intelligence of the ACLU (ANTI-americans) with only one number in mind: 10,000 for this and 10,000 for that? What they have forgotten is what to use for change. Is this their number one undercover agent picture on the bill?
